Through Self Determination you can apply funds to attend Dear Mom, conference.

Please contact your FMS manager and request to use funds to attend Dear Mom, conference. Once you receive an authorization return to this ticket and complete your registration to secure your spot.

Dear Mom, Ticket price for funding is $375 per ticket. One authorization per person.

Location: Festival of Arts - 650 Laguna Canyon Rd, Laguna Beach, CA 92651

Doors open at 8:30am. Conference close is 6:30pm. Appetizer/Dessert Hour 5:30pm-6:30pm

Catered Breakfast, Lunch, Beverages for the day, Appetizer/Dessert Hour, and a Dear Mom, gift is included.

Woman’s conference for special needs moms. Adults 21 yrs or older, excludes speakers and vendors. ID will be requested at check-in.
